We specialize in elk and mule deer hunts, you will hunt from our beautiful mountain lodge, located in northwest Colorado. We offer bookings for groups of 6-8 clients at one time. Small hunt groups are a key to our game management success. Unit 12 is home to some of the largest elk herds in the state, the White River Elk Herd, known nationwide.

Guests can expect to see between 100 and 300 animals daily. Our hunts take place at an elevation between 7,000 – 8,500 ft. and are conducted by horseback and occasionally ATV’s, depending on terrain and weather.

All of our hunts are horseback to ensure the hunters get the best opportunity possible along with the most memorable experience. This is a rare find in the outfitting community as ATV’s have become the primary transportation among our competitors. These well trained animals are a critical part of our operation.
